Changing the Future of Cancer Care

Someday no child will ever lose a parent to cancer. Someday cancer will be diagnosed and cured within the same appointment. Today, Florida Hospital’s Care Network is changing the future of cancer care.

We believe in easy access to the best medical care. That’s why we offer convenient online coordination of your family’s healthcare needs.

Comprehensive Treatments Deliver Better Outcomes

Florida Hospital provides the latest treatments with the clinical expertise needed to help beat cancer. In fact, we treat more cancer patients than any hospital in Florida. Our team of experienced physicians, clinicians and surgeons offer compassionate care using state-of-the-art technology — including targeted radiation therapies that dramatically reduce treatment time. And our care coordinators assist patients along every step of the way. That’s why better cancer care starts today at Florida Hospital.

Breast Cancer

We’re here to help you understand your diagnosis and provide you with personalized care. We’ve assembled a team of highly experienced doctors — including breast surgeons, medical oncologists and radiation oncologists — that will evaluate your breast cancer and develop a plan for treating it. We also specialize in advanced radiation procedures that greatly decrease the amount of time it takes to treat breast cancer — in as few as one to five days.

Head & Neck Cancer

We offer comprehensive cancer education, prevention, detection, treatment and support services for those individuals diagnosed with head and neck cancers. Our program features a multidisciplinary approach to treatment, utilizing a combination of therapies such as radiation therapy, chemotherapy and surgery.

Lung Cancer

Florida Hospital’s expert oncology team is dedicated to preventing, diagnosing and treating lung cancer. We provide safe, low-dose lung cancer screenings at convenient locations. If you’ve been diagnosed with lung cancer, we offer advanced therapies including minimally invasive surgeries, advanced radiation therapy and innovative clinical trials. Our state-of-the-art procedure targets small lung tumors with three-to-five high-doses of radiation.

Prostate Cancer

Since prostate cancer is one of the most treatable forms of cancer, we focus on early detection of the disease. However, if diagnosed, we provide traditional therapies including surgery, chemotherapy, hormone therapy and radiation therapy. Should a patient need more advanced care, we are the only hospital in Florida currently offering two innovative treatments for prostate cancer — HDR brachytherapy and SpaceOAR®.

Gastrointestinal Cancer

Our team of medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons and specialists are committed to developing advanced therapies for gastrointestinal cancer — colorectal cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer and gastric cancer. And for patients with pancreatic, liver cancer or metastasis to the liver, we provide two innovative procedures — stereotactic body radiation therapy and radioembolization therapy.
